The role:

Business to customer sales calls (no cold calling).

Customer relations management and client liaison.

Data entry.

The role requires the ability to quickly grasp current information, learn about various products and services, and navigate multiple Customer Relation Management systems efficiently.

What we are looking for:

Energetic/bubbly personality.

Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a result-focused mindset.

An eye for detail; ensuring accuracy and precision in customer interactions and administrative tasks.

Customer-orientated and solutions-focused; business to customer relations are paramount.

Ability to learn quick and multitask while navigating multiple systems/platforms.

Experience in the Energy and Telecom sales industry and/or sales is highly desirable for this role.
