Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Barista and Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting delicious coffee beverages and cocktails, while also providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to our standards.
- Create and serve a variety of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, following recipes and maintaining quality.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, while minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall restaurant. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista and Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso drinks, and cocktail preparation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a positive manner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (RSA) and Barista is MUST.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Perks:
