We supply a wide range of landscaping and horticultural products for both novice gardeners and professional landscapers. Our yards and nurseries in Bendigo, Castlemaine and Maryborough are maintained to the highest industry standards by qualified staff who provide expert advice and services to retail and trade customers. About The Role We need an experienced Truck Driver/Loader Operator who delivers a high level of customer service and safely loads, unloads and delivers products. The role is based at our Castlemaine site and involves truck driving, loader operation and general yard duties. Your Main Responsibilities
- Load, unload and deliver product, ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently with the correct product, weight and cubic metres.
- Deliver and unload product at the customer’s location efficiently.
- Collect payment from customers upon delivery and promptly return it to the yard office, completing all required documentation.
- Perform general yard duties, maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the truck and loader and keeping product bins organised.
- Notify the Supervisor/Site Manager of any discrepancies with products being loaded or delivered.
- Operate the water truck for dust suppression when required, and carry out other yard duties such as weeding, rubbish removal and general maintenance.

- Safety conscious and possess a strong work ethic.
- Experience with landscape products (desirable).
- Able to work weekends as required.
- Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines and customer requirements, and following directions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Education, Certification and Licenses Required
- Heavy Rigid Truck licence and experience.
- Loader experience and loader ticket (desirable).
