We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead end to end supply chain operations across inbound, fulfillment, freight, and store delivery. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring operational excellence , achieving key performance metrics, and building strong partnerships across internal teams, 3PL providers, and external carriers. You will play a key role in driving service levels , cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the distribution network. Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations
- Oversee inbound operations across 3PL partners, including Toll and DSL
- Ensure inbound KPIs are consistently achieved, investigating and resolving exceptions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate inbound forecasts and manage volume flow
- Monitor performance and drive accountability with both internal teams and external partners Fulfillment Operations
- Manage daily fulfillment execution across 3PL providers
- Ensure outbound KPIs are met, including service levels, order accuracy, and dispatch timelines
- Maintain system integrity through regular ERP and WMS data management
- Coordinate wholesale customer requirements and value added services VAS
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues impacting outbound flow
- Partner with stakeholders to develop accurate fulfillment forecasts Outbound Freight Management
- Manage relationships with transport providers and carrier networks
- Oversee delivery performance metrics including DOT and DIFOT
- Drive cost and service optimisation through contract management and RFP processes Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate fulfillment and delivery for new store openings
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
- Build and maintain strong cross functional and external relationships
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and operational planning to the wider business Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Demonstrated success managing 3PL providers and carrier networks
- Solid forecasting, reporting, and KPI management capability
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
