Finance Manager - Supply Chain Commercialisation (Melbourne)

Your Impact You will drive profitability and efficiency across Asahi’s end‑to‑end network, from new product commercialisation through to the ongoing optimisation of the existing portfolio. Working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain leaders, you will bring the financial narrative into decision‑making, ensuring choices are grounded in robust insights and long‑term value creation. You will bring a full value‑chain perspective, identifying and addressing value leakage across cost‑to‑serve, site profitability, SKU complexity and inventory holdings. Through sharper cost transparency, advanced analytics and explicit performance metrics, you will help the business make smarter trade‑offs, optimising the allocation of resources. 12‑month fixed term contract role Key Responsibilities
- Deliver objective, data‑driven insights to support better decision‑making and unlock value across Commercial and Supply Chain.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing end‑to‑end value chain analysis and clear, actionable recommendations.
- Drive working capital optimisation, with a focus on inventory efficiency balanced against service and availability requirements. About You
- Previous experience in senior Supply Chain and/or Commercial finance or strategy roles, with a strong record of value creation.
- CA or CPA qualification highly regarded but not essential.
- Deep understanding of financial fundamentals, operational cost drivers and SKU economics.
- Strategic mindset with advanced analytical and data visualisation capability.
