Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Melbourne-based team on a contract basis. About the Role This role will see you working across enterprise-scale programs within both government and private sector environments, leading the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution design, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across government and commercial sectors to define architecture and solution direction
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards
- Contribute to architecture forums, design reviews, and strategic decision-making Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect
- Strong experience delivering solutions across government and/or private sector organisations
- Hands-on expertise across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- OmniStudio experience highly preferred
- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and platform capabilities
- Ability to confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect / System Architect) highly regarded Nice to Have
- Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or digital uplift programs
