About the Role We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator / Retaining Wall Installer to join the team. This role is hands‑on and suited to someone confident operating excavators and building retaining walls from start to finish. Please note: this is a physically demanding role and requires a good level of fitness. There is a lot of manual labour involved. Key Responsibilities
- Constructing concrete sleeper retaining walls
- Operating excavators for digging, footings, and site prep
- Setting out jobs and working to plans
- Installing fencing and gates as part of projects
- General site work and finishing to a high standard Requirements
- Proven retaining wall experience (essential)
- Solid excavator operating experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and get jobs done right
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- White Card
- Driver’s licence (truck licence highly regarded)
- Own tools preferred What We Offer
