You’ll not only gain insights into the banking and finance industry, but you'll also learn more about your own working style with a personal action plan. You’ll be provided networking opportunities and career coaching to determine what you want from your career and how to achieve it. At the end of our program, you’ll have the chance to apply for and potentially receive an early offer for our Graduate Program in 2028. Join our Finance and Strategy team We are a team of trusted partners of the business, enabling NAB to deliver on our strategic ambition. We provide specialist advice to support strategic decisions to create value for our colleagues, customers, and shareholders. We do this by leveraging data and technology to share insights with the business to ultimately deliver accurate management and financial accounting outputs. Our team is responsible for NAB Group’s finance activities and investor relations through preparing reports, transforming complex financial and non‑financial data, and ensuring effective controls are operating effectively in line with policy requirements. This program stream is offered in Melbourne . In this Finance and Strategy Intern role, you will:
