We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our 3PL warehouse facility based in Truganina. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader
- Receiving to lead our inbound operations at our Truganina site. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and safe receipt of all inbound goods while developing a high‑performing receiving team and delivering against client KPIs and operational targets. - Friday (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) About You You are someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, and has a robust eye for detail and process improvement. Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong background in receiving/goods inwards operations.
- Hands‑on, accountable leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Advanced WMS experience and confidence using RF Scanners.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced operation.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence. Licenses and Requirements
- Current Forklift License (essential)
- LF (High Reach) and LO (Order Picker) licenses
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements
