No Offer Description Job No.: Location: Clayton campus Employment Type: Full-time Duration: 2 Years fixed-term appointment Opportunity The Department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Research Fellow to join its internationally recognised research community for a two-year research-only appointment. This exciting chance is ideal for an emerging researcher looking to build their academic profile while contributing to cutting‑edge projects at the forefront of analogue and RF integrated circuit design, radar technologies, and advanced sensing systems. In this role, you will play a key part in driving innovative research focused on radar and RF sensing applications, contributing to the design and development of next‑generation integrated circuits for high‑performance radar RF systems. Working alongside leading researchers in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will apply your expertise in CMOS analogue and RF IC design to develop advanced RF components, support radar signal processing initiatives, and undertake sophisticated data collection and signal analysis to enhance sensing accuracy and system performance. Working hours are flexible and you may work a hybrid arrangement. In addition, the University provides support for parents and parents with caring responsibilities.
