- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high‑end, a la carte restaurant
- French cuisine experience advantageous
- Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Team oriented and solid communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Eye for detail and strong time management
- Knowledge food safety standards
- Genuine interest in the day‑to‑day operations
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
