About the Opportunity Are you a passionate and innovative Sous Chef ready to make your mark? We’re looking for someone who can produce exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards and growing their skills in a supportive and collaborative team. A Day in the Life As our Sous Chef, you’ll oversee the kitchen brigade and manage the team in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine. Your team‑first philosophy and can‑do attitude will set the standard for excellence in our kitchen. You’ll also encourage your team to showcase their flair and heritage, ensuring continuous growth and creativity. What You’ll Need
- Experience in a fast‑paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment in a similar position
- Exposure to fine dining is essential
- Sound culinary knowledge
- A creative and innovative mindset
- A desire to further develop your skills
- Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
