Our B2B channel partners with studio owners, multi-site operators, and commercial buyers who depend on our equipment and our brand to power their businesses. As we scale the B2B side of the business, we're investing in dedicated creative firepower to support sales, accelerate key accounts, and sharpen how we show up across paid channels. The Role We're hiring a fast, versatile Marketing Content & Graphic Designer to own the visual output for our B2B channel. You'll create everything from sales-ready brochures and account-specific pitch materials to high-performing paid ad creative static and video that drives commercial pipeline. This role is hands‑on, deadline‑driven, and tightly coupled to our sales motion. When a key account needs a tailored proposal deck by tomorrow, when a campaign needs a fresh creative refresh, when sales spots an opportunity that needs supporting collateral — you make it happen. This role is full time and based hybrid based out of our HQ in Mornington VIC. What You'll Do
- Design B2B brochures, capability decks, product one‑pagers, and proposal documents.
- Turn around bespoke materials for key accounts and live sales opportunities — often within 24–48 hours.
- Build and maintain a library of templated, on‑brand assets the sales team can self‑serve and customise. Paid Performance Creative
- Concept, design, and produce static and video ad creative for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data — produce variants, refresh winners, retire underperformers.
- Partner with performance marketing to maintain a healthy creative pipeline and avoid ad fatigue. Brand & Channel Consistency
- Ensure all B2B output is on‑brand, premium, and aligned with the broader Your Reformer identity.
- Evolve our B2B visual system as the channel matures.
- Manage version control across templates, assets, and channel‑specific guidelines. Cross‑Functional Support
- Translate briefs from Sales, Marketing, and Product into explicit, conversion‑focused creative.
- Support trade shows, industry events, EDM campaigns, partnerships, and launch moments.
- Contribute to the broader content engine when capacity allows. What We're Looking For Must-have:
- 3+ years in graphic / marketing design, ideally with B2B, performance marketing, or sales enablement exposure.
- Proven portfolio: brochures, decks, paid ad creative (both static and video).
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere / After Effects) and / or Figma.
- Video editing chops -ability to turn raw footage and stock into scroll‑stopping ads.
- Speed without losing quality, you thrive juggling multiple briefs with overlapping deadlines.
- Commercial mindset
- you understand creative is a means to revenue, pipeline, and conversion.
- Highly organised file management, version control, and asset libraries are second nature.
- Strong communicator — you take a vague brief, ask the right questions, and deliver.
- Track record of high‑performing paid social creative (Meta, LinkedIn) with measurable results.
- Motion design / basic animation skills (After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Background in fitness, wellness, premium consumer brands, or B2B SaaS.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing principles (CTR, hook rates, creative testing frameworks).
