Commercial Finance Manager — Data-Driven Growth Leader …, Melbourne

Our client is a growing, high profile ASX listed organisation that have a diversified product range and continue to grow through strategic acquisition as well as through their existing channels. With a number of key brands and products they are well positioned to continue on their growth trajectory. In this key leadership role reporting through to the Head of Finance, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting, robust controls and commercial insights to drive commercial decision-making. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the BI team to complete the development of data tools
- Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategy and management reporting
- Preparation of financial models and analysis
- Partnering with sales, marketing, supply chain and operations teams to identify opportunities and drive performance and profitability
- Present to the key stakeholders on monthly results
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly Ideally having commenced your career within a chartered firm (Big 4 or mid-tier), you will be CA/CPA qualified and have demonstrated expertise within a FMCG or retail environment. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the business and lead will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
