An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a well-established global business operating within a dynamic product-based workplace.

This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering, operational analysis and process improvement, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a highly visible finance position with genuine variety and growth potential. Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes across the business
- Deliver commercial insights to operational and leadership teams
- Manage month-end close activities, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee rebate accounting, accruals and reporting processes
- Assist with audit, compliance and tax-related requirements
- Support ERP, reporting and finance process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business cases, pricing reviews and operational analysis projects About You
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- 3–5 years’ experience in management or financial accounting
- Background within manufacturing, distribution or product-based industries preferred
- Strong Excel and ERP systems capability
- Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented
- Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations
