This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their Recruitment Consultant/Coordinator skills in a high-volume recruitment setting. Be a part of the magic that is David Jones at Christmas time, by assisting us in selecting and onboarding our Christmas Casual cohort for 2025!

Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mix of time in the office and work from home, this role requires full-time availability from the start of September to the end of November, with the potential that this might extend through to December if needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Source the best talent for our store through Recruitment Showcases/assessment centers
- Overseeing our careers inbox and other related administration tasks
