About the role
What you’ll be doing
- Lead all salesforce engagements from start to completion, working closely with internal and external teams
- Review issues identified and related remediation and assist with implementation.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes and procedures.
- Customise Salesforce to fit business requirements by creating and managing objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and process automation.
- Improve the capture and management of commercial Agreements in Salesforce and perform regular system Health check runs and Release patch updates.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation, and aid in efforts to implement the recommendation as appropriate.
- Manage compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Partake in educational activities including attending appropriate training and conferences.
- Demonstrate solid analytical thinking and interpersonal skills including the ability to research and understand sophisticated processes and effectively communicate them to interested parties.
- Contribute to people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training.
- Secure quality standards and full compliance of role design, build and test coaching less experienced team members.
- Assist DevOps management in structuring work effort by providing resource and development effort estimates pertaining to Security Area.
- Working with internal and external audit teams to execute the annual user audit processes.
- Develop and maintain security standards for role design and administration.
- Work closely with relevant business functions and Site Authorization Owners to maintain a detailed and current knowledge of their organization, processes, priorities, and system needs.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Good understanding of IT General Controls, risk analysis and control assessment.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management products and technologies.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as OpenID, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML.
- Stakeholder relationship experience, with an ability to manage various leadership stakeholders during incident management and service improvement opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
- Ability to identify solutions gaps to drive changes to meet needs of the business.
