DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable in Melbourne.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Accounts
- debtor reports and collection calls provide copy of invoices and credit notes and send statements of accounts via SAP.
- Maintain and control data in relation to the client organisation in Masterdata. SAP and Cargowise One. This would include, but not limited to, credit terms, credit limits, etc.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding customer accounts and invoicing.
- Ensure accuracy of recorded data in a time efficient manner.
- Provide high level of customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts as required.
- Complete paperwork in a clear, legible and accurate manner.
- Follow operational procedures at all times.
- Other data entry if required.
- Working as part of the Finance team you will be cross trained in other functions and will assist other team members when required.

**About you**:

- You bring experience in administration, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics, and have a knack for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, you’re confident in managing data, accounts, and paperwork.
- Customer-focused, you excel in providing courteous, timely support and can resolve account issues effectively.
- Team-oriented, you’re eager to cross-train and assist your colleagues, ensuring smooth operations within the Finance team.
