The Role: As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to be a part of a smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’. Your role will allow you to provide personalised service to display how you will make our guest experience special whilst demonstrating strong menu knowledge. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Creating warm, genuine and memorable guest experiences through personalised service
- Anticipating guest needs and adapting service style to suit a range of dining occasions
- Guiding guests through menu and beverage selections with confidence and product knowledge
- Enhancing the guest experience through considered recommendations that drive average check value
- Taking ownership of a service section and supporting the team where necessary About you:
- Demonstrate experience as a Section Waiter within a restaurant dinner service
- Created memorable experiences for guests
- Genuine passion for hospitality and drive to acknowledge their service
- Confident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different customer needs
- Proactive problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
