We’re now looking for experienced Wait Staff and Bartenders to join our opening Front of House team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

This is an exciting prospect to be part of a brand-recent venue from day one, working alongside an experienced leadership team within one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

What we’re looking for Previous experience in an A La Carte restaurant environment A current RSA Certificate A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling A solid understanding of wine and beverage service Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
