We are looking for a skilled Casual Chef to help deliver high-quality dining experiences at one of the city's most famous venues. Dreaming of a daytime hospitality gig? Most of our shifts run 7 am – 4 pm, with only occasional evening events. Enjoy 30–40 hours per week across a Monday to Sunday roster.

About You Qualified: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery. Experienced: At least 2 years in a Function or Catering kitchen. Committed: Looking for a minimum 1-year commitment. Reliable: Strong time management and energy during busy services. Ready: Valid Australian working rights.
