The Chance
This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to influence design outcomes on real projects. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and builders, helping transform ideas into practical, high-impact solutions that bring their vision to life.
Working across Melbourne and beyond, you’ll be the trusted voice that helps bring clarity, confidence, and inspiration to the specification process.
What You Bring Genuinely energised by people and have ability to connect, influence, and build trust with clients A passion for design and the built setting, with an interest in architecture, interiors, and how creativity melds with the technical Robust sales capability, with a drive to achieve and exceed outcomes Confidence in communicating, conveying stories and ideas with energy and making technical information engaging A proactive mindset with the ability to solve challenges creatively Experience in architectural products, building materials, or acoustic solutions (highly regarded) Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience
