About the role

Mister Bianco , a highly acclaimed Italian restaurant in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, is seeking an experienced Chef to join their talented culinary team. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional, authentic Italian cuisine to our discerning patrons. This is a full-time position based in our central Melbourne location.

What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes to the highest standards Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development Participating in the ongoing training and development of junior kitchen staff Contributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment Ensuring timely and efficient service of all menu items

What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant Formal training in culinary arts or a recognised chef's qualification In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
