Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis

Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes across the business

Deliver commercial insights to operational and leadership teams

Manage month-end close activities, journals and balance sheet reconciliations

Oversee rebate accounting, accruals and reporting processes

Assist with audit, compliance and tax-related requirements

Support ERP, reporting and finance process improvement initiatives

Contribute to business cases, pricing reviews and operational analysis projects

About You

CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)

3–5 years’ experience in management or financial accounting

Background within manufacturing, distribution or product-based industries preferred

Strong Excel and ERP systems capability

Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented

Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations

Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
