You’ll be joining a team-oriented and engaged team of 130+ people based in our Melbourne HQ

What You’ll Be Doing Own the end‑to‑end General Ledger across all entities, ensuring accurate, complete and timely financial records Lead the monthly close process, including journals, reconciliations, reviews and balance sheet integrity Prepare and oversee annual statutory financial statements and group consolidations Own and operate the IFRS 9 loss reserve model, including assumptions, outputs and documentation Act as a technical accounting lead, providing guidance on accounting treatments and standards Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and maintain robust financial controls and audit‑ready documentation Lead the external audit process end‑to‑end and act as the primary point of contact for auditors Partner with FP&A; on cash flow forecasting, analysis and reporting, providing commercial accounting insight Lead, coach and develop the accounting team, driving capability, accountability and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to support initiatives, system changes and finance transformation
