Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage inventory, deliveries, and warehouse operations to support construction or infrastructure projects. The role focuses on stock control, logistics coordination, and maintaining protected warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store construction materials and equipment

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering supplies

Coordinate deliveries and dispatch of materials, tools, and PPE

Track incoming and outgoing shipments

Organize and monitor tools, machinery parts, and safety equipment

Report damaged or missing items

Update warehouse systems, spreadsheets, and delivery records

Support procurement and project teams with inventory reporting

Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Requirements

Essential

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination

Good organizational and communication skills

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to work in rapid-paced project environments

Preferred

Construction or infrastructure industry experience

Forklift licence

Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures
