About the role

As a Senior Claims Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of complex life, disability and income protection claims, taking a holistic approach that supports members’ recovery, wellbeing and return to work.

You’ll balance technical excellence with genuine care, working closely with members, employers, health professionals and internal stakeholders to deliver fair, timely and well‑reasoned outcomes. Alongside your own caseload, you’ll play a key role in coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and helping lift overall capability.
