We are seeking a friendly, organized Medical Receptionist to provide a welcoming experience for patients and support our clinical team at Guardian Medical Point Cook.

Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. Register current patients and update existing patient information accurately in the clinic's system. Manage appointment bookings efficiently, coordinating with staff for consultations, tests, and follow‑ups. Assist with processing payments, health insurance claims, and billing inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality. Maintain a clean, organized reception area and keep supplies stocked. Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed. Collaborate effectively with nursing and general practice teams, demonstrating teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications Previous GP Medical Receptionist experience required. Best Practice system experience is advantageous. Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
