Join our team as a Bar Supervisor and lead our bar staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth bar operations, from developing a costed cocktail menu to implementing service procedures and maximising sales. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll build rapport with guests, handle complaints professionally, and motivate staff to consistently deliver outstanding service.

As a Bar Supervisor at Pastuso, you’ll oversee bar staff performance, recruitment, training, and development, ensuring that all staff are well-presented and adhere to health and safety guidelines. You'll assist in maintaining high productivity, robust team morale, and a positive work setting. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the bar is always clean, organised, and properly stocked, while monitoring beverage quality and stock levels.

Additionally, you'll help maintain financial control by managing stock and minimising wastage, working alongside the team to meet sales targets and uphold the bar’s reputation for quality service.
