About the Role

As a CSA, you'll handle inbound customer calls, assist with general enquiries, and provide fast, friendly, and accurate resolutions. Your role is vital in creating positive customer experiences by offering personal and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities Respond to a variety of customer general enquiries via phone. Accurately update customer information in internal systems. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution. Communicate clearly and empathetically in fluent English. Collaborate with team members to resolve enquiries efficiently. Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For Excellent spoken and written English communication. Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Internet). Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanour. Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting. Entry-level applicants are welcome – full training provided.
