- Collaborate with the kitchen team to produce high quality dishes.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
- Work various shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with flexibility for public holidays and key event dates. Qualifications

- Great experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen.
- Trade cooking qualifications.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion, precision and productivity. Essential Requirements

- Hands‑on role involving manual handling and lifting, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries.
