Job Description About you:
- You are passionate about local produce. There is no such thing as a simple dish because you are all about creating gastronomic experiences for our guests. You are a key part of the success of the daily kitchen operations.
- You have previous experience in pizza making, including dough handling, sauce preparation and oven operation.
- You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities

- Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
