- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
- Administering check‑ins and check‑outs
- Providing front desk services to guests
- Upholding Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible Qualifications and Experience

- Previous guest service experience in a hotel is preferred, but if you have the right attitude we can provide you with training
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Task and results orientated
- A positive personality and sense of humour
- Reliable and flexible
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
