- Utilities, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping our production assets secure, reliable and running at peak performance. Working at our Welshpool, WA production facility (bottling, canning & PET lines), you’ll be part of a team that responds quickly, solves problems professionally and drives down the cost of production through smart engineering. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on Day Shift, Monday
- Friday. Key Responsibilities
- Perform specialised maintenance and diagnostics across our utilities services
- Own and improve preventative maintenance programs for your area of responsibility
- Coach and support operational teams with technical expertise
- Lead scheduled and breakdown maintenance, including execution of maintenance days
- Ensure machines are set up correctly and contribute to continuous improvement of plant capability About You
- Trade qualifications with proven exposure to manufacturing environments within food/beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG or complex industrial manufacturing
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, you know how to ask questions and uncover problems with pace
- Safety focused and process‑driven mentality
- Experience in reliability management and FMCG or food manufacturing environments
