- Oversee day to day office operations including supplies, catering, meeting room setup, and general office presentation
- Act as the main point of contact for building management, maintenance, and facilities support
- Coordinate IT equipment, office systems, and general operational requirements
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure smooth internal coordination
- Support office budget tracking and supplier relationships Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and daily scheduling for senior executives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Process and reconcile expense claims in line with company policy
- Organise meetings including agendas, coordination, minutes where required, and follow up on actions
- Provide confidential and high level administrative support across priorities and projects
- Support other senior leaders when required Team Engagement and Events
- Support onboarding processes in collaboration with People and Culture
- Coordinate internal and external events including planning, budgets, logistics, and delivery
- Maintain an active calendar of office events to support engagement, culture, and collaboration About You
- Experienced in office coordination and executive support within a fast paced environment
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of a business
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focused approach
- Confident managing multiple competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems What This Role Offers
