- Minimum 1 year experience as Section Waitstaff in a premium venue.
- Ability to carry three plates.
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
- Adaptable, able to multi‑task effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day‑to‑day operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
