Reporting to the Campaign Manager and working closely with the marketing team, you will be the driving force behind their organic and paid social strategy from concept through to content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, with the opportunity to expand into TikTok. Whether it's producing product reels, launching high‑impact campaigns, or crafting a content series, your vision will bring this brand to life online. Your folio demonstrates your ability to effectively create engaging content, develop and execute content calendars, as well as having an eye for photography and video. You will have relevant industry experience ideally within a B2B workplace across lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands, being able to obtain key insights from analytics, track performance, deliver insightful reports and think outside the box to continuously improve engagement, reach and relevance. With 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, you are a strong communicator with great skills in copywriting and you thrive on delivering relevant content to engage audiences, drive brand awareness and ensure the brand stays competitive. With your finger on the pulse, you are ahead of social trends and have exciting ideas to bring to the home and lifestyle space. You are proficient in video editing tools including CapCut, design platforms across Canva, Adobe Suite and Microsoft, and project management/social media management analytics tools including ClickUp and Iconosqaure.
