Work Management Officer - APS 5 (Melbourne)

We are seeking proactive Work Management Officers to join our Frontline Operations group. As a member of Frontline Operations, you will support the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring the integrity of Australia’s tax and superannuation systems. Responsibilities As a Work Management Officer, you will contribute to the administration and delivery of work management priorities and solutions which may include:
- forecasting
- scheduling
- reporting
- real‑time management
- workflow design
- resource planning You will partner with stakeholders to identify optimal workforce management solutions and use your expertise to advise and support resolutions. You’ll research, coordinate, and implement enhancement initiatives to promote effective work practices. You will share your skills and knowledge with less experienced staff and assist with their capability development through mentoring and feedback.
