We are supported by an enthusiastic and dedicated team of recruitment consultants, and we're now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. This role is for someone who is ready to step up, take ownership of a key desk, and help drive business growth in a supportive and high-performing environment. What This Role Offers You
- Ownership of a warm desk with existing client relationships and live roles

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across contract and/or permanent roles
- Leading client delivery and building on solid ongoing client relationships
- Identifying business development opportunities and converting them into long term partnerships
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
- Providing clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic advice What You Bring
- Experience in recruitment (construction, engineering, or similar sectors preferred)
- Proven ability to manage clients and candidates with transparency while consistently hitting placement and billing targets
- Strong business development mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to lead by example, support team culture, and mentor junior staff
- Confidence in managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Success Indicators
