Your New Role As a Software Developer (MarTech), you'll help shape and deliver the digital experiences our members rely on every day. Working across our digital platforms, you'll combine modern front-end engineering with best-practice delivery frameworks to create scalable, high-quality solutions. You'll be part of a cooperative, values-driven technology environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and member outcomes come first. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop and support digital solutions across our customer-facing platforms
- Work with contemporary frameworks (React, Vue or Angular) and enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. AEM)
- Contribute across the full SDLC, from solution design through to testing and production support
- Apply DevOps practices and automation to improve delivery speed and quality
- Support BAU activities, including incident resolution, enhancements and releases
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Technology teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure solutions align to IT strategy, architecture, security and change standards
- Contribute to project delivery, roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Share knowledge and collaborate to uplift capability across the team How do you exceed our expectations? Technical capability
