- Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices within DTCo. About You You’re a hands‑on engineer who combines analytical strength with creative design instincts. You thrive in complex projects where precision matters — and you take pride in delivering quality solutions that meet demanding defence requirements.
- A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Several years of experience in defence, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong 3D CAD and analysis capability.
- A systems-level mindset with an eye for detail.
- Understanding of defence standards, MIL‑SPEC design, and systems engineering processes.
