- 12 months, with potential for extension We’re seeking a Senior C++ Developer with strong systems-level experience to join our engineering team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing a complex codebase, resolving existing issues, and architecting new modules that support evolving business needs. This is an ideal chance for a developer who thrives on debugging intricate systems, writing clean and performant code, and contributing to scalable software design. What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve existing bugs and performance bottlenecks in a large-scale C++ system.
- Refactor legacy components to improve maintainability and reliability.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and documentation. Module Design & Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new software modules.
- Translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready C++ implementations.
- Integrate new features seamlessly into existing architecture.
- Work closely with architects, DevOps, and product teams to align on technical goals.
- Apply modern C++ standards and best practices (C++17/20) to ensure code efficiency and safety.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and system observability. What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in C++ development for production systems.
- Strong understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance tuning.
- Experience debugging complex systems and resolving critical issues.
- Familiarity with modern C++ standards and STL.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
