Retail Finance Business Partner – Consumer Goods (Melbourne)

The Opportunity Reporting into the Finance Director, this Finance Business Partner role will sit at the centre of the commercial finance function, supporting a broad range of operational and commercial stakeholders across the business. The business is specifically looking for someone with strong retail experience who enjoys fast-moving environments and can confidently influence stakeholders outside of finance. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver commercial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
- Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders across the business
- Support financial performance across retail, B2B and eCommerce channels
- Identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
- Contribute to strategic and growth-focused projects
- Mentor and support a Finance Analyst within the team About You
• Proven Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance experience
- Strong retail experience is essential
- Exposure across multi-brand or consumer environments preferred
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
