The Firm This highly regarded national law firm have offices across Australia and enjoy servicing clients across a wide range of practice areas. With over 600 staff members, this well-known law firm are known for having a robust firm culture and for their collaborative and inclusive environment. The Role The Legal Secretary role sits within the insurance team and involves providing a high level of secretarial support to a busy Partner and their team across a mix of public liability files. This dynamic and fast-paced team are a close knit and social group. The role is available due to growth within the team. Duties
- Drafting letters and documents
- Preparation of Court documents
- Liaising with clients
- Diary management
- Organising travel arrangements
- Opening and closing files
- Various administrative tasks To be considered To be considered for this role, you should have at least 12 months experience as a legal secretary. You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced team and providing a high level of secretarial support. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise, will be key to your success in this role.
