Performance Marketing / Paid Media Manager We’re partnering with a very success growing business. They're looking for a commercially minded digital performance specialist to work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them improve lead generation outcomes across paid media channels. This is a highly consultative role suited to someone who enjoys analysing performance data, solving problems and coaching others to make smarter marketing decisions.
- Partnering directly with clients to improve lead generation performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Running consulting and strategy sessions focused on campaign performance and optimisation opportunities
- Breaking down campaign data into clear, actionable insights clients can understand and apply
- Supporting workshops and facilitating coaching sessions
- Assisting clients with campaign setup and ongoing performance management
- Helping clients better understand the relationship between metrics, performance and commercial outcomes
- Contributing to client retention through strong strategic support and measurable results This role is best suited to someone with a strong paid media and acquisition mindset rather than a generalist social or brand background. You’re comfortable working with data, interpreting trends and making recommendations backed by performance metrics. You’ll ideally bring:
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR and customer value
- Confidence presenting campaign insights and optimisation recommendations to clients or stakeholders
- Experience analysing performance trends and identifying areas for improvement
- Understanding of landing pages, funnels and nurture journeys that support conversion outcomes
- Copywriting skills to drive engagement
- Ability to simplify complex performance concepts for non-technical audiences You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
