- High level of exposure to executive stakeholders and commercial decision‑making About the Role Reporting to the CFO, this role acts as the primary commercial finance partner to Sales and Marketing, supporting strategic decision‑making across revenue, margin and growth initiatives. The position blends strategic insight with hands‑on delivery and will play a key role in shaping pricing, trade spend and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to support commercial decision‑making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes
- Providing insight into pricing, promotions and profitability by customer and channel
- Supporting new product and growth initiatives through financial modelling
- Managing and developing a small, high‑performing finance team Skills & Experience
- CA or CPA qualified with strong technical foundations
- Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A; or business partnering roles
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, retail or manufacturing environments
- Solid understanding of pricing, trade spend and margin management
