- Prepare and paint aircraft parts following quality, safety, and process specifications using hand and pneumatic tools
- Follow quality instructions and detailed drawings through various computer systems
- Operate and monitor spray booths, ovens, and mixing processes in a production environment
- Maintain housekeeping, comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
- Trade qualification as a Spray Painter is essential & experience in spray painting onto various substrate materials in a high-quality environment
- General knowledge of safety procedures and solid advocate of EH&S;
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Background checks will be required and successful completion of a 3-month probationary period
