Due to the continued expansion of our Direct and EOL portfolios, we’re seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our busy VIC team! This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of residential and large loss repairs. Our Supervisor will predominantly be servicing the Nth East and West area. Responsibilities
- Engaging and coordinating trades to keep projects on track
- Monitoring project progress and forecasting monthly revenue
- Preparing schedules and ensuring smooth project timelines
- Upholding quality standards and ensuring WHS compliance
- Collaborating with clients to provide exceptional service
- Managing budgets to deliver top-quality outcomes
- Working closely with our Procurement team to onboard and manage subcontractors and suppliers What We're Looking For
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills for client, trade, and consultant engagement
- Solid knowledge of the construction process, from concept to completion
- An understanding of WHS requirements, building codes, and Australian standards
- The ability to interpret plans and engineers' drawings confidently Benefits
