**What will you be doing?**
Reporting to the Australia Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management and store distribution to ensure an efficient, accurate and scalable supply chain.
**Warehouse Operations**
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
- Ensure raw materials, consumables and equipment are properly stored, clearly labelled and managed using FIFO principles
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and compliance in line with food safety and regulatory requirements
- Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation to improve operational efficiency
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, expiry issues and dispatch errors
**Distribution & Logistics Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate daily store replenishment and delivery schedules
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers to optimise delivery routes, frequency and costs
- Manage urgent deliveries, ad-hoc replenishment and logistics support for recent store openings
- Monitor delivery performance and service levels, and continuously drive improvement
**Inventory Control & Data Management**
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory turnover to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Provide replenishment and stocking recommendations based on store demand and sales trends
- Maintain inventory records, analysis and reporting using systems and Excel
**Store & Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Act as the main point of contact between the warehouse and store operations
- Work closely with Procurement, Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution
- Support warehouse and logistics preparation for new store openings
**Team & Process Management**
- Manage warehouse staff and casual labour, including rostering and training
- Develop, implement and continuously improve warehouse and distribution SOPs
- Drive process standardisation to support rapid store network growth
**What are we looking for?**
You are highly organised, hands-on and execution-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
**Essential requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapid business growth
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required
**Desirable experience**:
- Experience within branded warehouse or branded warehouse & distribution operations
- Experience in hospitality, coffee, retail or chain-store supply chains
- Familiarity with beverage ingredient management, shelf life and batch control
- Experience supporting multi-store or fast-scaling businesses
- **A Chinese version of the resume is required**
Pay: $6,000.00
- $7,000.00 per month
