**Key Responsibilities**: Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of network and telecommunications equipment

Troubleshoot network and telecom issues, ensuring mínimal downtime

Support senior technicians in on-site and remote network operations

Monitor network performance and report anomalies

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and service requests

Follow safety procedures and company protocols while on-site or in the field

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in networking/telecommunications

- Ability to work on-site in Melbourne and occasionally travel to client locations
